It's been a long time.

Since that commercial was done we've moved twice into bigger locations. We've won 4 fitness awards and been featured several times in the Tallahassee Democrat as well as the Tallahassee Magazine.

We trained thousands of people; some traveling as far as 90 miles away to work out with us. The best part is that many of our clients are still with us after 4 years! Mike and I have been blessed with the best clients and supporters and we are truly grateful.

Pete and I completed 4 months of boot camp. This is more strength training than I have ever done, and we were in a different boot camp in West Virginia. I was diagnosed with osteopenia (thinning bone) in the lumbar spine and hip. I am willing to bet my bone density numbers will show improvements when I get the scan in August. I have a lot more stamina, strength, and endurance. Boot camp is hard but it gets me going in the mornings, makes me feel great, and I like how my legs and arms look!

I am happy to say that for the last 4 days I've done pretty well with my eating habits. No Reese's Whipped for 12 days now - woohoo!! And have been keeping my calorie intake right at the suggested amount you gave me in the body fat analysis. I think that I'm really getting focused on my goals and will meet them.

I have a surgery scheduled for Aug 3, and want to be comfortably back to a size 4 prior to that, with a body fat % of 20-25%, and less cellulite. I am starting to see much nicer muscle tone and less cellulite appearance already!! And I have fit into 2 pair of pants that I could not wear just a few months ago. So purging body fat is a high priority as the other things seem to be falling into place.

Boot Camp is changing my life. : )

I was eating ok, but now people have been bring food into the office. It is hard to not to eat it when you have to walk by it. If I could just get them to bring in healthy food. I got off my diabetic med. and gained 4 lb. The Dr. told me this was normal and a good sign, but it is frustrating when you are trying to lose weight. Hopefully I will start to lose again soon. Laurel I know I am not going to make my goal by June 17. I will need to set a new one when I get back from Peru.
