Boot Camp with Our Trainers is a complete online training program. It's your goals, your schedule and your equipment. Whether or not you belong to a gym, workout at home, have lots of equipment or even no equipment, Our Trainers will develop a program specifically for you.
What you can expect from us:
An assessment via Skype or FaceTime to gather your medical history, injuries and limitations, clarify your goals, your strengths and weaknesses, equipment available, nutritional concerns, and time commitment.
Weekly workouts will be emailed to you along with video instruction.
Twice a month meetings via Skype or FaceTime.
Nutritional support.
Texts or phone calls as needed.
All of this for only $199.00 per month!
Before you get all excited about our awesome program and super low price, we need a few things from you. We know from experience that even the best programs fail from lack of commitment. We are not babysitters. We are going to be here for you all the way, but we can't do it for you.
What we expect from you:
Journal your food online. We can't get you where you want to go if we don't know where you are.
Keep a workout log.
Treat your Skype or FaceTime session like you would any other important meeting.
At least a three-month commitment. In order to make serious changes and see great results, we need you on board for at least three months.
Ready to get started?
*Your first Skype or Face Time session includes an assessment of your current fitness level, health history and any other physical issues or limitations you may be dealing with.
*Together you and Our Trainers will come up with reasonable, specific goals and a plan to help you reach them. Our Trainers will also help you troubleshoot any obstacles or past failures that may get you off track and help you develop a plan to deal with them.
*Our Trainers will set up a fitness program based on YOUR goals, your schedule and your equipment. Whether or not you have equipment, belong to a gym, or just want to work out in the privacy of your home, Our Trainers will have a plan for you.
*Every week you will receive a written workout along with a video featuring Our Trainers doing a demo of the exercises they have prepared for you along with some motivational tips to keep you going.
*Twice a month after your first assessment, Our Trainers will meet with you via Skype or Face Time for a 15-minute session to discuss your progress and help you set goals for the coming week.
What You Give:
We expect that you treat your health like you would any other important thing or event in your life. That means you schedule workouts and appointments with Our Trainers in your planner, show up and follow through.
We expect you to keep a food journal. It doesn't need to be perfect; it just has to be documented. We prefer that you use www.MyFitnessPal.com. You can log food on your phone or computer and synch both. You can also use the handy bar code scanner on the app for easy food tracking.
We expect that you commit to a full 3 months. Many people, yourself included, commit to a diet or fitness program expecting to see huge results in just a couple of weeks. Then when things don't go your way, you chuck the program and resume old behavior until you find another new diet or fitness program. You constantly repeat this destructive cycle only to end up right where you started; overweight, out of control and discouraged.
Our Trainers are going to be there every step of the way, but we CAN NOT do this for you. If at anytime, Our Trainers are working harder on your success than you are, it will be time to cut you loose. It doesn't mean you are a bad person, it just means you aren't ready.
