This workout was tough and everyone did great. People modified by resting and cutting back on the time and reps.
The workout was 3 rounds of
1 minute of Kettlebell swings
1 minute of burpees
1 minute of sit ups
rest
3 rounds of
1 minute of suicides
1 minute of mountain climbers
1 minute of jumping jacks
rest
3 rounds of
Jack Roberts which is push ups immediately followed by shoulder presses. We did 1 minutes sets of 3/3.

I didn’t mind Bret’s fast jumping jacks, i was starting to feel a nice breeze and after all we had been doing, i needed it!

By the time I got to the Mountain Climbers I could barely move, so I tried to make it up on the jumping jacks. Which prompted Nick to say he thought I was going to fly away!
